Abstract
As is evident from our study, trachoma cases were seen more in the winter season (n=48). The seasonal analysis showed a highly significant result in this period, (p < 0.0001). Our study also reported a high prevalence in female children which was statistically significant. (P < 0.0001). The study limitations were not mentioned which were important and was an oversight. As this was a Cross Sectional Study there were limitations regarding season, disease prevalence and associated factors. Longitudinal studies are definitely required to reach a final conclusion. We, the authors highly appreciate the keen interest shown by the readers of our article.
