In response to your comments, the demographic sheet was designed according to the context of Gilgit-Baltistan, where the study was conducted. The family system of Gilgit is mostly joint families, nearly all of the population of Gilgit-Baltistan lives in joint families. In keeping mind this cultural practice, there was no need for the demographic sheet to specify the family system. Yes, the developing countries face lot of potential problems related to their social status and health, as we were concerned about the pregnant women of Gilgit (Pakistan) which is a remote area of Pakistan and pregnant women were facing many physical and psychological changes(irritable mood, anxiety and nervousness) in their first trimester of pregnancy but amazingly they were only concern about their physical health related changes not psychological because of the lack of knowledge about mental health and its importance in their lives.
